Manage to catch a very nice sunset from the nearby viewing platform near from hotel. Nice weather and clear sky with stars.
Cute dogs and we are basically staying in their home but at different section.
We got to use the huge common area just outside our room to have a drink at night which is nice as 5 of us are sharing a room. Nice and comfortable family room even though lack of hangers / wardrobe to hang clothes.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room is very spacious and clean, so is the bathroom. The owner’s cat and the decoration where the breakfast was served is a dream for cat- and Ghibli-lover including our three-year old. The owner was very helpful and gave lots of much-needed tips about lunch/dinner options both in advance and during our stay. We travelled via public transportation, and it can be a bit tricky to time itinerary with the bus/train schedule, but with the tip from the owner, we were able to book a local taxi to take us to Fengihu station at a reasonable price.

Breakfast with a view was a delicious and wonderful experience. Our host was accommodating, thoughtful and friendly. We hope to visit again someday. Our visit to Taiwan and Alishan was a memory we will never forget.

A wonderful location close to the bus stop, eating places, convenience store, and hiking trails, and with it's own sunrise viewing terrace. The room is very cozy and clean, I liked the old countryside house vibe. There is a good shower, and kitchen with hot drinking water available anytime. The owner was very kind, provided information about where to get delicious local dinner, and included a complimentary package of tea from their own production.
