We ordered dinner, and they presented us with a feast. We had multiple courses of homemade food. There were only 3 of us, but there seemed to be enough for 6. We left the next morning at 5:15 am to drive up the mountain to the national park to go birdwatching at dawn. They cheerfully made us a to go breakfast to take with us. Be prepared to drive up a twisty steep mountain road to get there, but once there, the mountain views are great. The room was very clean.

Booked the room with private hotspring in the room and i really loved the privacy and ability to control the water temperature. It was also enough for the two of us. Public hotspring is also nice and quiet. According to locals, the price you pay is worth it.
