And our room was in second floor.
The tourist population was average.
The weather was relatively cool, but it was still necessary to turn on the air conditioner inside the house and it worked very well.
Everything was very good
Near the center of marina but not so near to annoying night noise. Sea view is very good. Specially the freindly and respectful behavior if the hotel staff.
We all had a good time, especially my mother
If we come back to "çeşme" again, we will choose this hotel again

The host himself and his wife were both lovely and friendly people. The house was really calm with beautiful garden. The room was super clean. The staff were superb. The couple managing the place are very professional yet very apporachable and kind at the same time. They really made us feel at home and at ease. Their personal dedication to providing a great service and being a good host was wonderful. Even the cleaner was super kind and personable.
The room is very clean , bed is comfortable enough, the soda and water in the minibar is much appreciated, host family is very helpful, location is great , can enjoy sunset in the room, they prepared breakfast plates in advance for the early morning check out.
Location and the bar and rooms were good. A lovely hostess who worked hard to make our stay easy including bringing forward breakfast to allow us an early start on our bicycles.
