My family and I had a wonderful stay at Nazlım's beautiful home. She is a very welcoming person who offers more than just hospitality.
Right from the start, she helped us find the perfect route to explore all of Cappadocia. Everything is literally just 10-15 minutes away by car. Parking is obviously also available.
Now, about the room: beautifully decorated, super clean, and with an amazing view of the balloons!
The breakfast was very traditional Turkish, with a great variety of freshly baked börek and a wide selection of cheeses, among many other options.
All in all, we felt right at home and will definitely come back.

Nice property with a great balcony to view the hot air balloons the hotel dog was very cute. The main issue is the wifi is extremely bad in the rooms, wifi does work in the common areas well. Friendly staff and the breakfast was great!

The front staff was so nice and accommodating. I was traveling alone and they arranged everything for me including a hot air balloon ride and private taxi to the best locations. Room was clean, well-decorated, and had an amazing view. I will definitely come back and have recommended the hotel to my friends and family!

The room design was beautiful, and everything was well taken care of from the courtyard to the breakfast tables. The bathroom was also great (amazing water pressure!). Kirkit hotel is a wonderful place, created in historic houses with charming furnishings and details. The hosts are extremely welcoming and available to accomodate any request. The location is perfect and it is very pleasant to have good breakfast in the beautiful courtyard while chatting about the attractions of Kappadokia with guests and locals. It is very much appreciated that dringking water was provided daily in the room.
Sana was a great host, available for any question and with a lot of suggestions and information about the area. The room was big, very comfortable and clean and the location is in Avanos city center, where you have everything at hand by foot. Every attraction in Cappadocia is easily reachable. The breakfast was different every day, complete and tasty. Would repeat and recommend it!
Adanos Konuk Evi is a very nice and cosy place. The rooms are big, tidy and very comfortable. There is a small yard in front of every room. The breakfast is excellent. Nazlı is friendly, helpful and such a great host. The perfect place to explore Cappadocia. The old town of Avanos is just 10 min walk. We were second time at Nalzlı's place and will come for sure again.
We loved Sendian Guesthouse and Avanos. It is not in the tourism hustle and bustle but still close and covenient enough to reach. Sana is a great host and gave us heaps of tips to help us have the best time in Cappadocia. Rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious.

A gem of a place and gem of a person in Naz! The room was very spacious and interiors very rustic giving it a very palatial feel. The breakfast was really delicious with ample choices. Would recommend to hire a rental car in Cappadocia as it gets very easy to maneuver. Last but not the least Naz was a great host who treated her guests like family. I would highly recommend Adanos Konuk Evi to everyone who wants to have a feel of local culture by staying in Avanos rather than touristy Göreme.

Amazing property.....I kept extending my stay. For 36 years the owner has been adding artwork and interesting items throughout the property. Everywhere you turned there was something subtle and interesting to see. The location was great. Avanos, unlike Goreme, is city where locals live and play. Well organized with a beautiful river and river walk. Lovely.
