Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The breakfast was superb. Liya Boutique does themselves no favours by describing it as 'Continental'. It was full Turkish breakfast - different cheeses, bread, fruit, olives, different salads etc with choice of cooked eggs - fried, poached, hard boiled or Turkish style with tomatoes. A brunch more than breakfast. Absolutely fabulous. Beautiful room, tiled courtyard for breakfast - so pretty. Lovely host. Speaks perfect English. as much Bottled Water as needed provided. Couldn't recommend it more!
Clean, silent, garden, terrace, beautiful birds singing around,mountain view, far from main road, well equipped, lovely host, helpful and smiley staff.
Lovely quiet location and yet very close to busier area in town with restaurants, beach etc
Wonderful kite-surfing beach a half hour walk away
Very clean and lovely swimming pool area and new wooden deck in the communal area
Ozzy was a great host, always available for any questions, drove us to the kitesurfing beach one day and gave helpful advice re restaurants.
