The property is absolutely stunning and located inside the medina. Beautiful rooms and very nice dinner. However - the service is not good. For a hotel at $200 a night, there should be much more attention to service. Upon check out i noticed a beautiful spa and steam room at the end of the pool - something that was never told to us só we missed the opportunity to use this space. The staff would knock and quickly open the door to the room as well - there needs to be much more respect for privacy. Additionally, there was no wifi in the room - only after requesting many times was the wifi resolved at the very end of the day.

The staff is really kind, smilling and helpful. The hotel really clean and well located in the middle of Tozeur. The breakfast was really good with bread, cheese, eggs, yogurt and sometimes crepes!!! Thank you so much for everything!

A beautiful BnB that's a short walk from everything in Tozeur. Even the local louage station is less than a ten minute walk.
Breakfast is served whenever you wake up, whether you're sleeping in or getting up early for a tour. It is a French breakfast, FYI.
As others have said, the host is extremely kind and helpful. He doesn't speak English and of course as Americans that's all we know, but still he was determined to understand what we needed.
Note: Like a lot of places in Tunisia, they expect payment in cash.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
beautiful property in a quiet area out of town. we had a beautiful en suite room with a massive comfortable bed. we had tv and excellent WiFi.
Taieb and Fatima made us very welcome and both offered to pick us up and dropped us at the bus station when we left.
Fatima’s breakfast was delicious and the majority of things were home
made.
Taieb gave us loads of excellent advice both for our time in Tozeur and for our onward journey.
more a home stay than a hotel which was very enjoyable and comfortable
