The rooms were spacious and with comfortable beds. Very good wifi connection. The house is located at the end of an alley, a 10min walking distance from the metro station. The reception is not 24h but everything we needed during our stay was available in the room or common area. The neighborhood is lovely, with nice markets, restaurants and cafes, and Lumpini park is walking distance away.

Great little apartment - having a couch and Netflix is a real bonus. Great location, 7-8 min walk to the heart of Chinatown. The apartment is clean and spacious and the shower has great water pressure. It’s self check in, quite a lot of instructions, but easy enough to follow. We met the owner and she was super lovely!

Bang Kachao is a great place to ride the free bicycles, which are kept in good condition, especially on weekdays when the area is quiet.
Location is good - walkable from both piers. Can walk to the park too.
Staff are very friendly - I felt so welcome.
The pool is relatively small but unusual for a home stay and very clean and nice to use.
Breakfast is nice - a good mix of things to eat for this price and size of property.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning.
Good WiFi signal in room and most public areas.
Breakfast was delicious and fresh, Pool had a great water temperature and was clean, rooms were huge and felt private, staff was friendly and helpful at ALL times, awesome for dogs as our little Pomeranian was able to roam around, neighbourhood feels very local, you need to get on a small boat with the other locals to get on the other side of the river, but it’s going 24/7 and costs only about 20baht per person, some strays in the neighbourhood that can be loud but aren’t dangerous
