The room was great. The meals were spectacular served on our own private patio that was attached to the room. Priced for meals and service were comparable to any restraunt. There is no need to go anywhere
The Hot Spings nearby were great as well

Quiet, spacious property with location with beautiful views of mountains and rice fields. Easy parking. Room is clean and modern, yet simple, and has nice balcony / porch. Small swimming pool. We didn't swim but it looked clean and well maintained.

Baandindon Earth house home stay is an absolute gem, the kind of place you always remember.
Be touched by the beautiful and heartfull hospitality from Don and his family.
It’s the kind of place that nurtures your body and spirit. Don is an architect of traditional Lanna earth homes. I was pleasantly surprised by the temperature inside the earth home. Sunrise and sunset views were spectacular. Lovely gardens on the property, and a house where you can play board games, do yoga, play guitar, or just lounge around. Delicious food with respect and sensitivity special needs.
I strongly recommend this home stay.
I stress that I only write reviews on something is truly excellent, exceptional, and worthy of sharing. Have a great time!!!!

Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The most amazing setting. The two ladies who run the place are so sweet - just be prepared that they speak no English. Best to message the property through booking.com to communicate or attempt Google translate. They will simply do everything they can to accommodate any wish - for example I asked where I could buy fresh fruit nearby - they picked us a basket full from the garden. We had the suite with the bath outside but all the rooms looked amazing. Be prepared that this is a Homestay so expect rustic in places.
Best hotel/homestay experience we've ever had. The owners are very kind-hearted and will make sure you have an amazing stay. She cooks amazing Thai dishes. This place was one of the highlights of our travels through Thailand.
