The host was really warm and friendly. To add to that, the property was so well equipt and clean! It takes less than 4-5min walk to get to the city and its amazing. If you want to stay in a comfy and cosy place in Hat Yai that feels like a Thai home but for guests! Really nothing does it justice! Well done to Ing and the team that run the place! The rooms are very private, with attached bathrooms for all.

Very good stay, we are very satisfied with this homestay which have 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1 living room.

As we drive car to Hatyai, so location is not a big deal for us.
One thing to take note, car park at ground floor and will have to climb staircase to first floor room, so if go with senior with leg issue, might have to consider this point.
Comfy bunks have light, power & curtain. Towel supplied. Good aircon & wifi and the rooms are kept clean. Overall, good value for money. When I stayed, it was almost 30% cheaper than beds in town.
Local nightmarket (less touristic than the one in town) & a 7eleven are nearby (across a busy intersection).
Homestay vibe, though the family largely keep to themselves.
