This lovely hotel is in excellent location. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, we felt relaxed with completely at home. The room was very spacious, featuring a separate living room, dinning area and bedroom. The air-conditioning was efficient, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean and calm. The beautiful garden added to the serene atmosphere. We had a nice view from windows, and many beautiful paintings by the hotel owner, Mr. Paul, adorned the walls. The Wi-Fi connection was EXCELLENT. The hotel is just 5-minutes walk to the beach and is convenientl located near a restaurant, 7Eleven, Bank, Pharmacy, and fruits shop. A local bus to Phuket town stops right in front of the resort.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAYING HERE!

The room was super clean, spacious, very light and comfortable. It had everything I needed during my stay (minibar, towels, hairdryer, water, shampoo, soap...). The location was very good, close to everything, but in a quieter area of Kata Beach. The best thing was the attention of the owner, Sam, and the staff, always attentive and helpful. I like everything, great location, perfect bakery 20m near the apartment, many restaurants in walking distance, 12 min to the amazing beach. The apartment is well equipped with dishes for cooking some meals, towels, and a washing machine. Anirut is a great host, he prepared some water and soft drinks for us and was always ready to help.
This is not a good hostel. If you’re looking to stay on a shared room ( in specific female room ) do not do it. Waste of money. They had to change me to a single room, because I complained about the bed, I basically did not sleep for 2 nights… and they changed me to another room by myself ( there was not hot water in that room.. 😂 ) it was like a an absolute joke. From the start.
Now… The pool and the restaurant are excellent. Also the bar and the activities :)
Lovely host very clean room and lovely pool.Superclean.Staff very friendly.The part owner olivier went out of his way.Dropped us at the beach printed off tickets.Make sure you leave in plenty of time to catch the ferry to Koh lanta it took us 1 hour and twenty minutes to travel 13kms!!!
