Last house in the village, very calm and quiet. Dogs, cats and sheep and paths to the nearby fields. The common kitchen is very well equipped - there is oil, salt, tea, coffee and spices, as well as pans and pots; oven, stove, dishwasher and a big fridge for everyone's stuff. The living/dining room area has a roaring fire place that heats up the whole house - it's clearly a place that was furnished with care and love. Our room was simple and cosy with a nice view of the forest on one and the village and the mountains on the other side.

Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
We only stayed one night but we felt really at home. The area is simply gorgeous, nature all around. You can also see lots of farm animals run around. The host family is super sweet and helpful. We recommend :)
