The accommodation was stunning with an amazing view. It was incredible in the evening and in the morning during breakfast. The parking was free and available, which was great. The room was nice, clean, and spacious, with a TV and air conditioning. The bathroom was clean, with soap and enough towels. The accommodation was quiet and very close to the beach. You can reach the city center in 10 minutes on foot. It was an amazing stay. The breakfast was excellent; you could choose from four options: Small Breakfast (croissant and coffee) - €5, Medium Breakfast (sweet) - €10, Medium Breakfast (savory) - €12, and Big Breakfast (a combination of sweet and savory) - €15, all per person.

The communication from the owner was really great and very responsive. The location was absolutely wonderful, in a quiet location in one of the city alleyways but close to the town square, sights and swimming spots. The room itself was comfortable enough and clean with good air conditioning. The ease of the digital lock entry was great too as we didn't have to remember a key! Thank you for having us!

Gardens and views are incredibly spectacular! Our hosts were utmost friendly and welcoming, did everything for us. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, especially our time spent on the balcony!
Be aware that the house is nearly on the top.of the hill. It proved to be great for us because we could start our bike trips on the other side of the hill.

If you are driving, it is amazing location, just on the border, we visited piran and umag in one day ! Beautiful and incredible for the price you get to feel like you're in a vineyard of a rich fancy place. So worth it ! The hosts are lovely, their nieces are funny too, all great hosts
The location could not be better. Maja and Marko were lovely hosts and very helpful. The apartment is really comfortable and has everything you need including access to beach chairs and umbrella. Swimming access is just meters away from the door.
We really enjoyed our stay at Igors place. The room was nice and had a full functioning kitchen with big refrigerator and even an oven. The room is situated just in the centre of Piran, so everything was very close by, but it still wasn’t noisy inside the room. Igor was a very good host, and helped us answering the questions we had. We would stay at Igors place if we ever visit Piran again.
Iva is a lovely host. Instructions to getting to the property and getting the keys were very clear and sent ahead of time, and Iva made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay - she even helped us figure out how to get from Trieste airport to Piran and back.
The location of the flat is great, super central, the bed is comfortable, we had everything we needed. 100% recommend this place.
