The view is absolutely stunning. We arrived late, in the clouds, and we woke up in paradise. 360 degree view, fantastic!
The hosts were very nice and knowledgeable- they helped us with all the information and where to have dinner.

Everything was good. If You come by public bus, take No. 83 at gare de St. Andre, exit at the station Mare Paule d'eau and walk 50 m. back. Car rental is not necessary, public transport is available and it is well arranged.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Very nice and enjoyable stay. The room was dim and without window but spacious. Quipped with a fridge and fan. Nice and big bathroom, kitchen for use with free coffee and tea,small gym available and jacuzzi which after may days of trekking I enjoyed. Kevin was a good host, he show me around and also he invited me to join there small celebration with nice local cocktail.
The hotel is a bit hard to find, but the position in google maps actually matches its location. Try to find the white signs that point away from the road into the field. You are awarded with a hotel situated within a fruit plantation. The location has no elevator to its second floor, so this might pose some accessibility issues. The breakfast is great, you are served proper french breakfast with the locally sourced fruit and a selection of cakes made by the lovely hosts.
