What a special place to stay in! I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but this place is lovely, and I am happy to recommend staying here. The house is stunning, my room and bathroom were super pretty and everything was clean. I stayed here while walking the Camino and arrived in the early afternoon on a sunny day - I was so thankful to be able to have a little swim in the outside pool! A nice relaxation after days of walking. The online check-in went smoothly and, while there was no staff on-site, accessing the property and finding the key and room all was straightforward and easy. The distance to the Elevador de Santa Luzia was a 10-minute walk, to the city centre it is about 15-20 minutes by foot and in the other direction there is a Lidl in walking distance. The only thing I missed was being able to have a coffee there. There is a self-service kitchen though and while I saw a coffee machine, I wasn't able to find the capsules for it. As I stayed only the one night, I didn't bother asking, so it might be my bad that I missed out on it (- and there are coffee places nearby anyway!). All in all, I was very happy with everything!

Amazing place, with great hosts, and a good location close to the supermarket. 10-minute drive to Viana do Castelo and the beach. An old house nicely renovated, a green garden with orange trees and a pool, and a small playground just around the corner. Good breakfast. We stayed here for 3 nights and could have stayed longer.
What a wonderfully welcoming place - idyllic. Luis and Ana are such great hosts. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Good shower, fluffy towels. And the food, it was so good. After a long day on the Camino from Esposende, Ana made an amazing dinner, very good value. The breakfast is generous and varied. Lovely to eat in the garden and not have to find a restaurant. 🙂
Just on the Camino, great location! The room was very spacious even if it was shared by two people. Breakfast of bread, ham, cheese and jam were ready when I needed. Alex was a great host, I had a pleasant stay
