O Paco was a wonderful hotel. We were blessed to have reserved room 4, which has a private balcony with a stunning view of the castle, and which has a separate dining/sitting area in the room. The room was very comfortable, well appointed, and provided helpful guide books and reading materials. The furnishings were a welcomed departure from standard hotel furniture. The access to the pool and roof deck were wonderful. We spent quite a bit of time at both, each afternoon and evening. It was easy to find free parking, and we could walk to many sites and attractions, as well as easily jump on the high way to other destinations.

Alexandra is a wonderful hostess. The guest house is well appointed and a bottle of wine (welcome gift) awaits you. In addition, port wine is there and yummie cookies. We liked everything about this place.

The location made the experience fun and quirky. It's on the 2nd level of the actual train station. The check in representative will be available for check in at your set time. She was very friendly and helpful, though doesn't speak much English. The room was surprisingly big in size. The bed was comfortable, TV worked, WIFI worked, good view of one of the town squares, low noise outside. AC worked great.
There is a keypad entry into the building, available 24h, and a metal key for the room door.
I didn't catch the detail that it has a shared bathroom. There is only one toilet/shower, for what looked like 4 or 5 hotel rooms. The bathroom was VERY spacious and ultra modern clean new design.
There is breakfast available, but I didn't take advantage of this. I saw the room while headed to the shower and it looked very basic and simple, but enough to fill up and start the day.
Old Town Tomar was only a 10 min walk away.

Fantastic welcome, great hosts and a wonderful city! There was everything for breakfast and I loved the option of choosing&preparing it myself. I absolutely enjoyed my stay there and carried on with my Camino with a happy heart.
The host went above and beyond to help me. Breakfast was good. He had good interaction with the guests. Felt like how B and B places were few years ago. Now in all the other places there are no hosts just staff. Sometime not even that self Check in and out. Still England and USA and Canada have the B and B places like before. The main purpose of B and B is getting know the locals and the family who welcomes you and make you feel at home..
Location was excellent. Right at the centre of Tomar. Great Restaurants and coffee amenities . Amazing local shops with great costumer services.Telma was a really great hostage. Definitely we will return again.
Luis is a great host, if you are doing the Camino a great choice. He also show us the washing maschine, the accommodation is clean with a good atmosphere. Really enjoy this stay
