Not very far away from city center and beaches (but it is indeed not “in town” nor “on beach.”
As well, we really like the group there, that is, the interpersonal ambiance. … very chill! .. you’re all kind of mixed together, felt bit more communal.
Also, the price was right for us, which was one of the reasons we sought the place out, but once there, we were happy with the vibe that we found: colorful, younger, open crowd, surfers, European, … perhaps they thought we were from the moon (actually Alaska), but we dug it.

Perfect place for hikers to stay, the kitchen and washer were very useful for us! The host was extremely responsive and helpful, she even went out of her way to return a pair of shoes I left behind after my stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Great view and location, balcony is a lovely spot to have coffee and fruits from the local market (about 10 minute walk from property)! Lovely host and a good selection of cafes and restaurants within minutes. Perfect stop on our road trip!
A really great hostel! Originally, I was staying here for two nights but booked an extra night. The hostel is really nice, the owners are friendly, and the people staying there were so much fun. I liked that there was a lot of space in the hostel (kitchen, outdoor area, rooms) but the people allowed to stay was limited, so it's not overly crowded. The outdoor space is amazing for chilling or eating. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The hostel itself is special because of the house and the great rooms but the best part was the beautiful energy that came through the team. You can only feel at home! I have never felt so welcome anywhere as in this hostel. I can only recommend it because it is a wonderful experience to be part of such a great hostel family.
