Classy guesthouse located in a in a beautiful rich garden full of exotic colorfull plants. We enjoyed lazy moments in the garden using garden furniture. Sadly it was too cold for us to use the pool. The hotel is only few minutes away from the coast with a promenade and some good seafood restaurants.
it was a lovely touch to find a tray with local goodies in the room upon arrival. We also enjoyed the lounge with fireplace and comfy sofas. We would definatelly come back!

What we liked was: cleanliness, nice view, all sorts of little things for a comfortable stay. There is a common pool, we didn't use it, but it looks good. Large space. Towels, blankets, all necessary utensils.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Loved the views. Large open space. Secure parking in side the gate but this is very steep so we parked outside the apartment and it felt safe.
The extra beach towels were a nice touch. Lovely host and my clothes must have flown down the balcony into the owners garden and they were quick to retrieve these for me so be careful for windy nights. Complimentary biscuits and basic cooking spices, salt and pepper provided. Would highly

The house was lovely. Beautifully furnished, loads of space. Comfy beds, well equipped. Good outside area, parking by the house, quiet and peaceful. Excellent comunicacion with host. The locals in the area are friendly and helpful. It was the best place we stayed in.
Excellent location; close to the natural pools and everything you need for a pleasant stay in Porto Moniz. The house is clean, spacious, has a cute terrace where you can relax, listen to the ocean waves and enjoy the home-made wine from the welcome package prepared with care by the lovely hosts. In the garden I was free to pick some juicy grapes and one day the mother of Graciela even left me some fresh eggs and (more) bananas!
The only major problem with my stay was that it was just 5 days... Next time I would definitely stay longer!
Lina was a great host. She helped us in an emergency and looked after us. The apartment was right in the centrum and the supermarket only 2 minutes (walk) away. Great host, great apartment!
