It was a real and amazing palace. The room and property overall were clean, neat, new, comfortable and nice. The garden was our favourite place to have breakfast in the morning, just relax during the day and have dinner at night. The room was perfect, too. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked and made it very cool to stay in. Last but not least, the restaurant’s food is to die for. Very delicious and fresh. We want to say a special thank you to the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, fun, pleasurable. Our favourite person is Alshen, who is one of the newer staff and always gave his best to help us out with everything. All of this together makes this place one of our favourite hotels ever. Everything! First of all the staff is just so nice and kind! There’s someone in the front desk 24/7 which is pretty nice too. All the electronics works perfectly and overall it’s the best place I stayed at ever! But the most important part is the location! 90% of lisbon’s best things to see are 5-20 minutes walking, and the best nightlife in lisbon is a few streets away so you are 2 minutes walking from all the bars but your hotel stays quiet and clean
