A nice place close to the airport and the city centre. The room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good and tasty. The best part, however, was our hosts, Leo and Ni: they were extremely nice and helpful and we enjoyed our short stay twice as much thanks to them.

As soon as you step through the small gate in the door of this property, you enter peace and serenity. The courtyard is lush with plants and trees and a fountain. You immediately know you are somewhere special. Eduarda welcomed us at the door, showed us to our room and then gave us a tour of the beautiful property. Our room was called the Studio and looked out on to the courtyard. Then she took us into the completely refurbished mansion which is always open for yr use and convenience. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower with skylight in our bathroom was wonderful. In the afternoon we sat by the pool and/or used the sauna. It was the perfect stay at one of the nicest properties we've visited in a year of travel. The breakfast buffet (with eggs cooked to order) was sumptuous. Freshly baked breads, fresh island fruits, homemade smoothies-- everything and more served in a large farm-style kitchen. Unique and very special. Thank you for the homemade birthday cake and the Bolos Lêvedos for the trip home! This property is a rare jewel. 11/10 We can't wait to return! Obrigado!

Sul villas was an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING place to stay. I have traveled to the finest hotels and resorts around the world. Sul villas was one of my absolute favorite. The best staff of beautiful woman at front desk that truly make sure your stay on the magnificent island is remarkable. Better then any concierge team anywhere I have ever stayed. As a genius level 3 user, I think I have never written any review, but this one I must recommend it to everyone. The house is much better than pictures shown in booking, very big and beautiful. You will feel stay at home, very clean and comfortable, and the host family is super nice. I really wish I could stay here longer days if I have time.
Ana and Jorge are great hosts who went out of their way to make us comfortable after a long, wet hike from the other side of the island.
