The property is well located in the middle of the south part of an island, allowing you to ride either to the west or east coast. It’s close to the highway, but in a good sense - it’s just a few minutes to get to the main road, saves travel time.
To add on the location, it’s on the outskirts of a small but nice town where you can walk and taste some local goodies (bolos, queijadas).
We personally liked the property for having a separate room and separate bathroom, separate patio to have our meals at - this way you don’t interfere with other guests. Supermarket (Pingo Doce) is really close by. The property’s kitchen is stacked up with any item you possibly need to cook a decent meal.

It's an old buliding renovated beautifully. The room is spacious, bright and very clean. They clean the room daily. It's located in city center with lots of parking spaces near by and downstaires it has a coffee shop where you also can have a brunch.

Prefect location in town. Once we moved rooms, it was very spacious and comfortable. Large room and balcony was great. One of the staff members didn't speak English, but he was very friendly and we tried our best to speak Spanish. The staff who spoke English was very friendly once he arrived. Parking was easy enough. Some of the streets are very narrow so we opted to park a few blocks away on a larger street. Paid parking during the day (but very cheap).

Phillip, our host, was absolutely amazing. He not only greeted my partner and I when we arrived but showed us around our room, informed us of great places to visit around the island, and shared with us some local fruits and cheese. Phillip went out of his way to make our stay incredible.
The gardens around our rooms was beautiful. We did not get to enjoy the pool ourselves but there was a family with kids that seemed to be enjoying it every day!

This place is a gem! The location is fabulous, right in the middle of the island, not far from anything. The unit is lovely, very cute and homy. Antonio is a great host, he was super attentive to our needs, he even let us check in at 8:30am since our was a night fligh in. Totally loved it and would defintely go back.
