Good water view, we enjoyed watching boat traffic in the bay. This was our first time visiting the island and it was a good location for the things we wanted to see and do. Clean and tidy space, had everything we needed. Appreciated having beach chairs to use. You'll get your door code just 15 minutes before checking, so if you're a planner - relax. Three stories - host lives on the top floor, very friendly. Middle unit is also a rental. We rented the bottom unit and had little noise from upstairs guests. Hosts have good tips for groceries. Area was good to get a morning or evening walk. Parking is street side and that worked fine for our Jeep rental. As others have mentioned – roosters, yes! But not much the hosts can do about it. We would recommend this property.

Great little B&B setup. Nothing too fancy, but definitely worth the money. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The ocean view from the patio is really good! Go snorkeling at Carlos Rosario beach, hike there from Flamenco beach.

Our group of friends had an incredible stay at Rooster Run! The location was super convenient, and the property can easily host group of 10+ people. We felt right at home. Rollin was an exceptional host—kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a great trip. He created a safe space for us girls, suggested recommendations for our commute on the island and his caring nature added a special touch to our experience. We had so much fun and would absolutely recommend Rooster Run to anyone looking for a fantastic stay on the island! Can’t wait be back.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
I had a travel delay and the host was able to accommodate us and provide us access even after hours. A situation that was potentially stressful was made less so by the great host.
