Luis, the host, was very accommodating despite the power outage the entire island experienced New Years Eve and New Years Day 2024/2025.
We booked our stay on December 27th, not knowing what was coming. When we arrived at the location, there was still no power (bummer), but Luis was working to get a generator running for his guests. He was even nice enough to give us a discounted rate. The power outage was out of his control, but he did his best to make his guests as comfortable as possible.
We did like that we could walk five minutes to the beach.

Nothing. Scammers, they double booked the property. When we arrived there were people in the room. They charged me and left me without housing after driving for 2.5hrs. They don’t even pick up the phone

It had false advertisement no Wi-Fi no TV sheets were not clean. The whole hotel was under construction from lobby to back by 5 o’clock. The roosters was crawling in the back by 8 o’clock construction started. They stated they had a pool full of leaves and debris so I think that they should not advertise something that they do not provide.

Raul was a great host. As a solo traveler, he made me feel right at home and even checked on me to see if I needed anything during my stay. The area was great, convenient to beaches, bars, coffee shops and shopping. And if staying put was your thing, there's a pool, a grill and a full sized fridge all in pristine condition.
