The accommodation is absolutely beautiful. We had a large comfortable room with a big balcony overlooking the park. There is a lift to every floor which made it so much more accessible for us as I was visiting with my elderly mother. There was a nice breakfast selection and choice. There even was a delicious cake and orange pancakes. In summer you can injoy your breakfast indoor or outdoor as the restaurant has tables outside. We asked for a fan to the room and they provided it. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely return.

This is a great hotel with amazing Spa facilities and extremely helpfull and friendly staff. The room was large and comfortable, the hotel itself is beautifully fitted out and the location is close to the centre of town. A perfect place for a relaxing get away in the Polish mountains. We arrived early and the staff were flexible to allow us in to the room earlier than check in time and even opened the Spa for us early.

I loved the contact with the host, he provided us with everything that we needed. He even helped us when our car broke in a nearby village - a truly amazing person. The room was spacious and we could see that the bathroom was new. Cleanliness on point. There are even sheep with which you can interact!
