We booked an executive room at the hotel with lake view.
When we arrived we were informed that the room we booked is unavailable!
We were given a standard room- small sized, basic furnished with no air condition and of course- no lake view.
The receptionist tried to comfort us with a bottle of wine and a reduced price for the room.
The experience of a lake view hotel(WHICH HAS AN EXCELLENT RESTAURANT) was totally ruined!

Tomasz is a great host. He was so helpful anytime I needed it. The location was very convenient with a shopping centre nearby. Very nice views from the balcony.
Bright apartment with one double bed and a sofa bed. Comfy, clean and spacious. No TV (we didn't need it), decent shower, not too far from the old town. Great hosts who agreed to a late check-out for a small fee.
There's a lot of parking spaces available at the back of property (surface isn't in the best condition and it's quite steep).
