Very easy check-in/check-out and very friendly owners. The largest and best communal kitchen I have seen in a while, right next to a garden with a patio for relaxing times. Clean room (I mean super-clean room) with sufficient wi-fi. The last house on a quiet street, walk 3-5 min through a pine forest and you are on an uncrowded beach. Seriously excellent stay.
