Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.

it's a scam hotel, it doesn't exists, locals didn't heared about it, nobody knows, also the address is incorrect, phone doesn't answer, the price is very very expensive as locals says, max per night is 180 zl, not 300+..
My mom spent so many time trying to find it, and finally with the help of locals we found that it's non existing hotel, it's a SCAM!
Everything you need is there, apartment is even more than well-equipped, nicely renovated and decorated, clean, thought-through to tiny details, like women hygiene, disposables, salt, oil - all is there, even Playstation :) Piotr is absolutely a lovely host ready to listen and address all possible concerns. I heartily recommend and will surely come back if there is another need to visit Chelm.
Well maintained apartment in good location. Andrzej is a very good host, friendly and attentive. The apartment was as in the pictures. We would stay there again.
