Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Good quality finish to the homestay. Very fresh and modern. Bed is super comfy. Kitchen is functional although we didn't use it and small sofa/tv area also.
I've stayed at the Kaitleen several times....my home away from home.
The managers are kind and friendly people...very helpful. The apartment is perfect for our needs, comfortable, clean in a great location near bars, restaurants and grocery stores.
I definitely recommend the Kaitleen Home Stay to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Tacloban.
