the garden was fantastic and you can have your breakfast (that Charm the owner prepares)there .there is also a kitchen area which you can use if you want to prepare your own .I also enjoyed the company of the dogs of the family.generally had a beautiful time knowing that I can be back in such a nice place after exploring the island ..!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Swakihan. The room was spotless and spacious, perfect for our family of three. The staff was always accommodating and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The manager was very hands-on and had an amazing imagination, especially when it comes to the decoration. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, creating a chill and beautiful vibe throughout the place. The outdoor amenities were stunning, with a beachfront view that was incredible from every spot, whether at a regular table, on a sunbed, or up in the treehouse. My favorite part was watching the sunset while listening to live band music, such a perfect way to end the day.

The place was clean, with nice furniture, available drinking water and kitchen amenities. Nikko my host was really great and helped me a lot. He answered my many questions and on top of that he helped to arrange a visit to Apo island. It was on my must visit list and I could not have done this without his assistance.

Clean and well-located homestay in the middle of Dumaguete. The room was fine and clean; very good for the price you pay. There is free drinking water and a kitchen available if you want to use that. We rented a scooter for one day which was perfect to explore the surroundings. The Dumaguete Boulevard is nice to stroll around in the evenings.
This is a good hostel to stay at for a short stay like we did. The room has the basic amenities and is clean. They have a very nice restaurant next door. And it's located not too far from Dumaguete airport by tricycle.
Spotlessly clean room. Fluffy towels, soft pillows and hot water. Equipped communal kichen with full sized fridge and drinking water supplied free. Great Vietnamese resto and cafe with excellent breakfast near 7/11all within 100m. Good wifi for working. Location was within 10 minutes walk to ferry terminal and town. Lovely hosts and would stay again.
The place feels like home. The accommodation is good. The front desk personnel were open and very hospitable. Highly recommended if you prefer to stay in a nice and quiet homestay!
The hotel is walking distance of basically everything: restaurants,shopping centres, public markets, town square or plaza as locals would call it. The seaside promenade is also a short walk away.
