The receptionist was a really nice girl, who helped us get Machu Picchu tickets and a guide (you have to get the tickets yourself in person, but she gave us all the information and brought us to the right place). Her english was good!
Also the room was big, clean and had a nice tv.
It is right above the busstation to Machu Picchu what is convenient.
They also were very flexible when we cancelled one night because we got our tickets to MP sooner.

Actually I stayed 2days and when I leave 5:30 in the morning the staff gave a breakfast. And it is very close to the train station and town.

Big room, comfy beds, perfect location in the centre right by the bus stop to Machu Pichu and a few minutes walk from the train station. Bathroom was big, hot shower, towels, soap, loo roll, hairdryer! Communication from the hotel prior to stay was great and you can leave your bag in your room if going early and they'll keep it by reception. No breakfast but they give you a little gift bag with snacks and a drink.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
This hostel was excellent! Manuel was a great host who went above and beyond when I had altitude sickness. The location is great and the dinner and breakfast which are included were amazing.
Great accommodation for independent trekkers who do not want to go with any agency. Great hosts who works hard to make your stay the best. Dinner was great served in a terrase with nice view. Comfy beds in a cosy small room.
