Staff was excellent and attentive! Management was very responsive to requests and dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a place for those needing to stay 1-3 nights. Room did not have a window, but it was clean, felt safe, and A/C worked well. There is no hot water, but no need due to hot weather. The guest house has a shareable kitchen with everything you need to prepare small meals and a refrigerator to store items. It also has a washer/dryer.

Ruby and Rosy were nice ladies but definitely not business people. They had no sign that said Casa RnR or Paradise Gourmet. I would not recommend people staying at this place unless they had an extra hour or two to try to find it!! No one in Dolega had heard of Casa RnR or Paradise Gourmet. There are no street signs to find Calle 4. The people in Dolega said there must be a mistake and the place was in Boquette.

We loved the pool, of course. The neighborhood was mostly quiet except for one afternoon, someone drove around saying something on a megaphone for hours. (Not their fault, I know).
The shower was nicer than most of the other properties we stayed at.
We loved the big well-lit walk-in closet which made repacking our suitcases so easy. And kept us from junking up the main room with suitcases.
Finally, the hosts were fantastic and very gracious when we had to go to the hospital and were a bit late in checking out.

Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Clean and comfortable room. Upon arrival, you must bring your luggage up a staircase before being in the main lobby. The location is in the centre of downtown David, close to many stores. The locals are up and busy by 8 am in the morning. Good value for your money. I would stay there again. I stayed the night before heading to David, Panama.

Very friendly, helpful and communicative staff which really made my stay. Rooms are basic but have all you need. Only cold water in shower but David is really hot so it’s fine. Great hostel to meet people. 10 minute walk from main bus station.
