One of the better stays on our trip though Central America. Garden and views were amazing and comfortable for relaxing in. Great location. Quiet but close to town and the bus. Rooms were clean. Staff wasn’t always around but very helpful when needed.

I will stay at this location every time I visit Boquete. It's an older place but the rooms are clean, well maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was the best it could be. This is important to a woman traveling by herself. I felt like family.

Ruby and Rosy were nice ladies but definitely not business people. They had no sign that said Casa RnR or Paradise Gourmet. I would not recommend people staying at this place unless they had an extra hour or two to try to find it!! No one in Dolega had heard of Casa RnR or Paradise Gourmet. There are no street signs to find Calle 4. The people in Dolega said there must be a mistake and the place was in Boquette.

Excellent location, in town but quiet street. Has kitchen, dining area and outdoor area upstairs with hammocks perfect for watching sunset. The biggest strength is the staff who couldn’t be more helpful with tips and tourist advice, booked an onward shuttle for me. Lovely room with bathroom across the hall with warm water shower. Restaurants and supermarket so close. Just a perfect stay! Excellent value too.

Location is in the middle of Boquete. The man who runs it is totally fluent in English(I’m Canadian). My mattress felt like it was new, surprise in a hostel.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Everything was great and Hower and his family are wonderful and welcoming. They are super helpful with anything you need and it feels more like a homestay than a hostel or guesthouse. Location is perfect for buses to all the nearby hikes and to other places in Panama. Facilities are good but rustic and be aware there's almost no soundproofing.
