Beautifully renovated classic Omani house. It was our favourite place we stayed during our trip in Oman, and hope to be back again soon. Great dinner and incredible breakfast spread. Owner gave us good local recommendations of what to see in and around Al Hamra. Locally-sourced and all natural soaps in the bathrooms were a perfect added touch. Would recommend this as a must stay for any friends who ask for recommendations for Oman!

Nice and clean relaxing place in a tranquil village setting amongst date palm plantations and farms. Great host with amazing hospitality. The host and his team will ensure your stay is perfect and comfortable. Breakfast is tasty local wholesome food, tea and coffee available. Our kids had a great time and it's ideal for all kinds of travellers. Some beautiful areas to visit nearby such as old town and hiking. Host, can help with any excursions and activities and affordable rates.
Everything was great! Nice location. Perfect for kids and adults as well. Rooms are clean and they serve tasty, big meals.
Hamza is a great host! We are gratefull for his hospitality and unique opportunity to experience Oman’s culture that he gave us!
Hamza truly is a great host, he is kind and caring and obviously loves to welcome guests.
The inn is located within the palm grove, which makes the stay quite authentic. Staying here for the whole evening and enjoying the homemade food and the peace and quiet that the place offers is a must.
Thanks again!

Yes, if we were to travel to the same area again, we would stay here. Mahmood was a great host, friendly, communicative, just a buddy on the road. Mahmood is still our friend.
We enjoyed our stay, Mahmood was a great host, the hostel is a perfect base for climbing Jebel Shams, even the less demanding Balcony way. The rooms are purposefully furnished, the kitchen is also fully equipped. For us, the ideal place for treks. Thanks mate Mahmood.
Very traditional omani house in the middle of a lovely village. Basic accommodation, but clean. Great treks around the village. Very friendly locals. Highly recommend the area for 1 to max 2 nights stay.
Nothing! I have booked a room because we're exhausted from a long travel. When we came, the place is close. We waited for more than 1 hour but still the door was shut with padlock. We even tried to ask the locals if what time do they open, but they just say, " mafi malum!".
