The breakfast was superb! everything fresh and good quality. The fresh bread delivered (homebaked) was so tasty and appreciated. Also loved the inclusion of a herbal tea.

The host was friendly, welcoming, and easy-going. She showed us around the house and encouraged us to use whatever we needed. Breakfast and coffee/tea was included. Warm shower. Secure parking. Convenient location and beautiful garden. Private balcony at the back. Dogs were cute, clean and well behaved.

House is beautiful, but its so pin drop silence that even our steps creates sound and the owner keeps running to us asking to be silent.

A beautiful place to stay with exceptionally lovely hosts. We were made to feel so welcome. We did not have a car so the host very kindly gave us lifts to the bus stop and even into Christchurch for our early bus to Queenstown.
We were unable to get out for meals but the hosts invited us to eat with them for a very reasonable price. Great food and great company.
Beautiful garden with stream and secret hanging chairs to enjoy and relax in.
