We love the warm feel and the welcome. First from owners dog. She is just absolutely beautiful. Most friendliest ever. Leo the owner is very welcoming....great to talk to and get to know. And don't get me started about the included breakfast!! Wow!!! Bacon, eggs, cereals cheese, breads croissants included, cheese, yoghurts and you can make yourself barista coffee. It's a wonderful stay. Will definitely stay here every time we come to rotorua.

Close to everything. Only a few minutes drive into town. Love to be able to go out & then go back & relax in the spa 😎The spa is amazing. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom unit which was awesome👍🏽. The room was a good size, clean & comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We love staying here whenever we^re in rotorua. Great host. Love the late checkout too 😁
Picturesque views, amazing facilities kids enjoyed playing at the tennis courts, spa pool, table tennis, swings and feeding the swans and ducks. The locals were friendly had a good chat while they were fishing. The apartment was extremely clean 👌 and Cosy. Everything you need to cook with in the kitchen. Overall experience was a 20/10 would highly recommend. Warning your kids will cry when it's time to leave
We were able to change rooms to accommodate our needs on this trip, which was much appreciated. We were also able to park our 3 cars off the road. The room was spacious, warm and clean. Great motel, great hosts, great stay.
