You will not find a better place to stay!! This was better than 5 star hotels in Dubai, absolutely phenomenal! The property, location, view, facilities, service, everything was top notch! Peter is the most friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating man you will come across and the bed was a huge highlight for me, best sleep I have had in years! It truly is the perfect stop over! We didn't want to leave!

What an incredible stay! The room was excellent, with exceptional amenities. I never expected to be so comfortable during my Wellington trip. The washroom and kitchen were very neat and tidy, which is always a concern for me, but this stay exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was spacious. I will definitely return if I visit Wellington again.
Hosts Rico and Jay should be considered super hosts; they were readily available via text and took our small suggestions seriously. Superb!
Couldn't use the front deck because we were in a rush. It's an awesome deck for a morning coffee.

This was our best accomodation in New Zealand! The room and bathroom are fantastic, everything you need and more is there and it's very clean and tidy. Fobbie is an incredible host, she even showed us around her farm. The two Border Collies are playful and trusting, they would have ran around with us all day.

Having lived in Wellington 30+ years ago I was surprised to find this little gem. Great views of the local islands, beach huts and the rugged coastline.
If you have never had a Paua Fritter, be sure to ask for one at the local Fish and Chip shop and wash it down with a pint of craft beer within 10 minutes walk from the accomodation.
