We got a text in advance asking us what we would like for breakfast, and a very good selection was provided. The location turned out to be really good (not knowing the area) as it was very handy to a cafe, a grocery store and several restaurants, as wll as being just a block from the beach.
Just a 3-minute walk from Papamoa Beach and 1.2 miles from Mount Maunganui Beach, Papamoa Beach, Pohutukawa Deluxe Studio, on Hugoway features accommodations in Papamoa with a garden.

Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
What a lovely little cottage! It was cosy, clean and warm. Comfortable beds too! Location was excellent, great local restaurants and only a short walk to the beach.

Property was in perfect location if you want to be near the popular location of Mount Maunganui but escape the hustle and bustle. A short walks to shops and eatery’s at the Papamoa Plaza. It is a lovely private home with large bedrooms, 2 toilets and large kitchen/dining area. Would definitely stay again.
