Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Excellent place to stay. Great hosts, the accomodation was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with all the coffee tea milk sugar. Bread butter. Cereal. The location is stunning. Nice and close to Greymouth, yet totally private. I will definitely be staying again.
Surrounded by bush. Pub close by to meet the locals. Host is exceptional - thank you Reda - you think of everything! Lovely fire, cosy house, everything provided, lovely linen. Fabulous interesting music and videos and a house full of history. Great area for walks (even in the rain). We really loved it all!
