This was the best apartment stay we have ever had ANYWHERE in the world. The photos and description do not do this charming apartment justice. The terrace garden in the heart of the city is a magnificent refuge and the perfect place to relax anytime of the day. The hostess was incredibly kind and generous - she made our trip all the more rewarding and enjoyable. Comfort and convenience were superb with the style of the apartment a 10+. Do yourself a favour when you are in Maastricht and stay here - you will NEVER want to leave!

Really liked the quiet street and easy entrance. The back yard and garden were lovely and peaceful. Appreciated the Easter decorations and care taken with linen and fresh flowers. So welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a pasta meal.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The apartment was lovely. Not only had it a great atmosphere, everything also worked very well (shower, oven, etc.). The location is ideal: right in the middle of the city, but at the back of the building such that no noice from the streets reaches the apartment. Great hosts! Really made us feel welcome. They provided us with the keys, all the information about the apartment that we could need, and even drinks and some snacks! Really a great place that we hope to be visiting many more times!
Spacious, well-equipped, good host, attactive decour. The location was ideal - just out of the busy city centre, close to everything, on a quiet street.
Lovely large bedroom and bathroom. Very thoughtfully decorated. Super king size bed and a choice of pillows made for a good couple of nights sleep. We took the bus into Maastricht which takes 12 minutes or so and decided to walk back which is about 30 minutes. The host pointed us in the direction of a lovely little local Italian restaurant just 5 minutes walk from the property. Great host, good communication and a fabulous continental breakfast. A great 2-night stay.
It was very central and Marcel was a great host. Told us all the places to go on the map. Gave us a street map and booklet on Maastricht. We had a great time. Thank you Marcel.
