Lovely hostel/ hotel in the city centre of Alkmaar, a few steps from the famous cheese market. Boutique feel, pub in front part. Staff went above and beyond to facilitate my special request. Great value for money.
Nice spacious room, proper breakfast (even too much) and very lovely hosts. Room was clean and even had a patio to sit outdoors. Right in the center of Alkmaar in a very cute alley with lots of boutiques, shops and restaurants nearby.

This is a fabulous apartment in a pretty perfect location near the heart of Alkmaar. Very quiet, but within a 5 minute walk is the central hub. Train station is an easy 20 minute walk and is very safe even at night.

This is a great hostel/hotel!! We had an amazing stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and neat. The hotel/hostel itself looks absolutely gorgeous, and is right in the middle of the city centre.
The room had no windows, but we knew that in advance. And this actually turned out to be a good thing; the heat (28°C) from outside couldn’t get in!
We’re definitely going to stay here again 🙏🏻!
Perfect location in town, few minutes walk from the cheesemarket (every Friday in summer season 10-13 am), very quiet and directly next to the Oudegracht canal. Parking available on the street or closeby. Jolanda and Stefan are great hosts, the breakfast was unbelievable variable and super tasty.
