The view from the room is superb. We checked in on Saturday and there is Pasar Malam nearby selling varieties of food/drink. There is also 99 supermarket nearby. Easy parking and peaceful place.

The house really clean with cozy furniture. All the facilities provided really satisfied 👍🏼 keep it up with the good service maintain. The owner contacted me a day before arrival for comfirmation with complete information. Will recommend it to the others and inshaallah will repeat again ! The homestay is clean and well equipped. It was a pleasant stay. The area is also peaceful. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. It was a convenient place to stay.
Location near to shop and UiTM Seri Iskandar, with lots of restaurant available day & night and easy to park right in front of the homestay. Security guard provided at the premises entrances as this area quite new developed.
Location was good, very near to UTP. House cleanliness was great. Hospitalities was SUPERB. Insya Allah will come again for my next trip to Seri Iskandar.... stay at Chempaka Homestay if there is discount rate for me from Booking.com. heee...hee.....
