The host is super attentive! The place is very affordable for family pack. The only thing you need to be attentive is don’t get confused with the other condo because I got lost to the nearby condo since it has the same name ’kita’ in front and I was super sleepy at that time. Other than that I’m very satisfied with this homestay and will book the place again if any opportunity arise.

We like the fact that all was done online without hassel for checkin and the host was very responsive, the price was cheaper than other surrounding homestay. ,designated car park,secuarity,fully aircorn,wifi,self checkin, we able to access the swimming pool ,have our breafast and grocery at the facilities area.we satisfied with our trip here.

I've been to many homestays and this one is up there with the best. I'm talking about cleanliness, facilities and service. And yes, there's a ceiling fan in each room alongside the airconditioner! Some of us need a fan. I also loved the minimalist style: Nothing unnecessary hanging on the walls — just pure cleanliness; The kitchen was empty and clean — everything neatly arranged inside drawers. Talking about the kitchen, there's a hot and cold water dispenser, rice cooker, cooking pots, and all the cutlery you require.
The host and staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr Safuwan, the staff appointed helps us a lot by showing the parking lot and he even show us the homestay. The house is spacious and clean. Worth for money. Too bad we arrived a bit late and didn't have a chance to swim :( for sure we will come back to this homestay.
I got scammed. This is not a real homestay, instead a private properties that has been occupied by permanent resident. The scammer ask more deposit for RM300. When we want to check in, the scammer didnt pickup the call. I already file the complain to booking and demand my lost money back
