El personal era excel·lent. El tracte rebut pel Mohan, era molt bo, ens va explicar que la fàbrica de la plantació de te tancava al dia següent i què podíem fer. La Hema ens va solucionar el problema que vam tenir amb l'autobús. Tot el personal del menjador, de neteja, etc. Simplement excel·lent i immillorable.
Les habitacions molt netes i les instal·lacions noves. El llit era còmode i hi havia ventilador de sostre (pel clima no fa falta aire condicionat, el ventilador de sostre tot ho soluciona).
