Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The homestay management provides explicit guidelines for key retrieval. In addition, they enable us to perform an early check-in during the day. I truly value their benevolence and thoughtfulness.
Spacious and clean. Important thing about homestay is about water. This house has good water pressure and water flow. The vibe is like your own house. Must be a thoughtful owner to provide this kind of homestay.
Corner lot, nice area. Peaceful as not much homestay vacant. All rooms are very clean, almost all with air conditioning units. Utilities are in good condition.
The place is exactly the same as the photos provided online. There are 3 bedrooms (one downstairs and 2 upstairs). Each room were able to fit 4 people so that's great. There's only 2 bathroom (one downstairs and one attached bathroom upstairs for both rooms). My families had a wonderful and comfy stay at this homestay, we will considered rebooking this place if we ever visit Batu Pahat. There's a car porch as well and able to fit 2 large cars.
Homestay was very clean, kitchen utensils are provided. Hall and rooms have aircond, except for 1 room. Towels and extra mattress provided and enough to cater the whole family.
The owner is friendly and comfortable to deal with! Very smooth self check in and check out. Clear instruction that easy to follow. Well manage, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends, just feel like a home! Looking forward to another stay next time.
