Amazing location and lovely host. We could use the kitchen that was very well equipped. Good value for money. Close to El Rinconcito beach that was great for swimming even for kids.

A unique place, a little bit removed from the beach but its not a problem - there is a lot of green here. The object is quite comfortable, with mosquitieras enveloping both beds we had (one king-size and one smaller one). For a pair - great place with a lot of nature and still close to the beach(playa del amor the closest). It offers privacy with the way windows are made and how rooms are situated, which both me and the lady appreciated more than once ;)

The staff made me feel very welcome from the get go. Provided a good tour of the facilities and were always tentative to any questions I had. The dorm was kept in a tidy state and was a nice cool area to avoid the heat. Location was amazing. Just a minutes walk to the beach and all shops.

The communication with the staff was good. They didn’t speak English but we tried to understand each other with the translator App and that was okay. The airco worked well and the bed is comfortable. The garden is nice also and the location is awesome. I really hope they fix the place because it can be something wonderful if they put some effort in it

Excellent location just off the main lane through Mazunte, 50 yards down a tiny side lane but very quiet. I am an incredibly light sleeper but didn't hear any noise from the lane and slept really well. Paula, the owner, was fabulous. Lovely room with ceiling fan and another floor fan but I never needed it. Room looks recently renovated. Would highly recommend.
