The location was amazing. Having a semi private courtyard (shared with some other rooms) and access to a pool so close to the bustling Malecon and Zona Romantica neighbourhoods was a treat. The rooms are well equipped with soundproofing materials and totally blocked the sounds from the Malecon strip. I am a light sleeper but slept restfully each night. The owner made himself available to answer any questions we had and was super friendly. The owner turned his grandparents old villa into this accommodation and you can see the passion he has for his work and his family. If we find ourselves back in Puerto Vallarta - we will be staying here again 100%

Sara was exceptionally kind and welcoming upon arrival. We had a very good stay. We booked the hotel because he was in close proximity to the airport. I suggest going to the following place for breakfast and ordering a coffee with milk (it’s right according the hotel). It’s kind of their specialty: Veracruz Flavor Puerto Vallarta.

The location is away from the centre which allows you to explore a more local neighborhood. The communication with the manager was excellent; there is a guestbook full of information. I enjoyed the local restaurants close by including Danys Grill and Kewa Grilled Cheese (bar). About a 30 minute walk to the beach, several cafes on the way. The room was a good size with a large bathroom - very clean, bright and nicely decorated. I used the upstairs terrace for doing yoga and the lounge room/kitchen for making coffee and watching some TV, and chatting with the other guests. The bakery on the first floor is vibrant and busy which gives a nice energy. I used earplugs as the bakers start very early in the morning.
