I will write my honest review and hopefully you will take my advice into consideration to improve the accommodation for your next bookings.
Travelled in so many countries and islands and a window mosquito net is mandatory! We couldn't sleep without having fresh air , we couldn't open any window and it's not healthy to keep the AC on during the entire nights. We felt like being in a hospital.
There isn't any trash can in the room ( only a very small one in the bathroom which is supposed to be used for other things).
We received only one towel per person for 3 nights. Just put more and don't let people ask for a new one.
Breakfast definetely can be improved. I really do not understand why other people said that was delicious. ( cheap quality - basic omlette and cheap sausage). You can use local fruits, I think everyone will be satisfied or at least ask people for different options so they can choose.
The last thing that I did not like, you do not have any stander or closet to put the clothes, which is a super basic thing! I has to stay with all my clothes packed in the backpacks and luggage during my stay.
As being said, this is not an accommodation that deserves the current 9+ star reviews, not even closer

The host was incredible! He went above and beyond to help me get around Martinique, he also does car hire and picked me up from the ferry for a reasonable extra fee. He also helped me out when I couldn’t get a rental car dropping me off in Trois Ilets with a stop in the airport to pick up my sister at a very reasonable extra fee too. He was very welcoming and easy going such a delight.
The property itself was in a very convenient location, very clean place, aircon worked great, pool was such a treat, outdoor seating area was wonderful and the whole property was well decorated. I cooked whilst there too and the kitchen had everything I needed.

W liked almost everything from the first day to the last one. The area is very quiet, and the location is close to most interesting points of interest on the island. The bungalows are very clean and well equipped. The pool is a very nice place to stay at the end of the day to chill a little bit. Sébastien is a very nice host, always available and giving excellent advices about local points of interest. We had an excellent stay at La Villa Manguier and we will be back, for sure. Forget the negative advices about mosquitos, yes there are and you are also on a tropical island. The bungalows are equipped with enough stuff to avoid them. Forget also the negative advices about the access road. Yes the last meters ara a little bit bumpy, drive slowly and it will be fine. There are much worse roads on the island.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
We loved everything about our staying with Stephane and Geraldine. They are great hosts, and made us feel welcome in every way. Their place is very comfortable, and super clean. The location of their house is excellent since it is closed to beautiful beaches, and charmed little towns. Geraldine's food is not to be missed, she is an excellent chef! .
The host is very responsive and caring! The view from the spacious terrace was amazing! We’ve easily travelled to other parts of the island from this location and went to the bakery for coffee through a lovely forest path where many locals go for running or walking.
Would definitely recommend this place to my close friends and family!
This place is a dream! The house, the pool, the view, access to the beach, the facilities, everything was perfect! Everything new and clean, comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped, outside is a barbecue also. All four bedrooms have their private bathroom. We stayed for three days and gave up our plans to visit the island because we enjoyed staying here so much! I hope to have the chance to come back one day!

This is a closed, private residence with multiple buildings and apartments (a'la condo-hotel) equipped with own pool area, bar, restaurant and access to the sea. Magnificent view, stunning pools and convenient place, outside of the town. I absolutely recommend!
Such a lovely place and a lovely host. We had some problem to get to the location (GPS on the phone didn't work, and we came at night) so prepare a map of the location before You go. We were greeted with a rum punch, tuna tarts, and a kind smile. House is close to the beach in Diamant, parking is right outside. Beautiful location, would visit again :) Thanks for everything.
The owner, Carl, is very friendly, flexible, heplful and reacts fast. I would like to thank Carl by this way. About 700m from the house are two wonderful small beaches used mainly by locals. The house has everything you need. You can enjoy real privacy far away from tourists.
