Very close to Fort, hotels , shops, water. The owners are 5 star. Service far superior than any 5 star- $400/ night hotel I’ve stayed in . Food was delicious and on-par to 5 star yet very reasonable. I personally ate all my meals here as nothing in the fancy restaurants compared for value. This accommodation is for travellers who appreciate home-stays with good people.. this place is not for nitpickers who are looking for superficial luxury. You won’t find this here. Owner also has an ebike he will let you ride for a mere 1000 lkr 1/2 day. Awesome as I am an ebike rider!!! I’m going back for a long stay last leg of my stay in Sri Lanka.
