This was my first trip as a solo traveller and James made everything as easy as possible from the moment I booked til the moment I arrived, when he welcomed me with a massive smile and treated me as a member of his lovely family. My room was comfy and quiet with great aircon and provided me with everything I needed.

We've had a wonderful stay over the last couple of days and would recommend this place to everyone! Having been on the road for the last month it was amazing to find a place where we felt at home and could properly relax and enjoy Ken and Navy's amazing hospitality! Whether it was the pumpkin noodles which especially being a coeliac was an absolute revelation, chatting about life stories, the amazing amok curry, dancing with the puppy or learning to ride a scooter, these are memories we will remember for a long time! Thank you!!!!

I liked the house it was so clean the family is so good. I like everything soethea homestay. You wil be in your home. You will like the place. İt is so close to pub street.
The homestay was immaculate. Very comfortable, bright, very new and very well maintained. The faciities within the room were great, washing up , cooking. Shower room was spacious and bright. The host and his family were soo welcoming. The menu and meals were great. The host help organise trips and transport. The onsire laundry facility was also very good. It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, and great value for a traveller.
Great homestay offered by a lovely family. The staff is kind and helpful, the location is perfect (10 min walk from pub street or 1$ tuktuk ride), our room was spacious and clean. Would gladly return.
The beautiful guesthouse is perfectly located about 10-15min walking distance to the city center but is still located in a quiet area. Rooms are well equipped and exceptionally clean, great bathroom. The host family is super nice and will provide guidance with all your questions. Exceptionally good value for money! Breakfast is simple but very fresh and good :)
The vibe of the whole place is just so relaxing and inviting. You'll be immersed with the local living. The best thing about Sothea Angkor Homestay is the power couple—Phirom and Sothea. They are so accommodating, friendly, hands-on, and reasonable.
We really liked our stay at Sothea Homestay, a new structure run by a very lovely family. It is more a guesthouse where you really feel at home sharing the family space.
We enjoyed our comfortable large room, nice bed, good shower. Aircon and fan worked properly. We also liked being close to Siem Reap center but also in a quiet (for the moment, road is new) street.
You can have laundry for a cheap price and well done, you can buy stuff like water on the shop below which are nice added services.
