They cooked food for me to eat so it is the best meal i eat so far. I wish to stay longer. I miss it .

It was lovely experiencing the local life with Saro & his family! There was no wifi, but our data worked fine and it was a good technology detox. The beds were comfortable and covered with mosquito nets, and an overhead fan kept us cool. It was especially nice taking an afternoon nap out in the balcony when a brief thunderstorm passed by.
The breakfast & dinner cooked by Saro's wife was also very delicious (I recommend the fried rice and fried noodles), and through dinner talks, we learned a lot about the history of the Khmer Rouge in Battampang. Saro graciously took us on a tour to the bat cave, temple, and Killing Caves. He also arranged a tuk tuk to pick us up from the bus stop when we arrived & other tours in the area. We will never forget this experience!

The staff was super friendly and always helped us. Even when shopping next door, as only Khmer was spoken there. In addition, the tours offered are highly recommended. We chose the third one and the driver was extremely nice and explained everything to us and gave us our time. The rooms were also very clean.

The owner, Mr. Primprey, was on hand to help us check in. A very accomodating fellow and easy to talk to. Our one-day stay was made wonderful in his narration of the property*s history and his future plans. On departure day when it seemed that our pick-up will not come, he offered us his car to drive us to the bus station for Siem Reap. Appreciated the offer very much. Savet and Ana were wonderful hosts. Ana warmly greeted us with cold water and Savet helped coordinate our pickup. He was very easy to communicate with and helpful. The bungalow house is well built with cool bamboo and a very nice bathroom. The wifi was really fast and good, which I did not expect. Breakfast was fresh and it was great getting to know more about the family.

Our room was incredibly clean and spacious and had everything we need. Bun and his family were so helpful and so kind, we felt at home immediately. We also booked a half day tour with them, which we enjoyed immensely.
The breakfast was so filling and yummy, and we had a couple lunches they offer on the property, which we also recommend, it was very affordable and delicious.
