I really enjoyed my stay there. The room was simple but clean and tidy, exactly what I needed. The guest house is in the village centre so It's close to the shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have a washing service there which is very convenient.

Hard to give this one a honest review as our time in Koh Rong was sadly through one of the wettest and stormiest times of the year. If i try to imagine this place when the sun is shinning, then I reckon it would do the job for sure. They have hot water and AC, which can be hard to find on the island and they also offer tours at the reception and a motorbike with a full tank for $10/day - same everywhere else on the island. Our room had a couple of hammocks outside BUT BE CAREFUL... the mosquitos are massive and pack a punch (even if your wearing clothes). I sadly got ripped to pieces by the buggers during our stay but my girlfriend seemed to escape them.

Mon and his family were really welcoming! The room had a big mosquito net and large fan which we were grateful for in the heat. There’s chairs out front and a lovely garden for you to enjoy a cup of coffee. Free coffee/tea, water refills and a hand drawn map of the islands were nice touches that made our stay even better! We liked the cats too!

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The staff were amazingly helpful both the locals and the western volunteers, they were always happy to help us and perfectly layed back which made me feel like I was never being a burden when asking for something. The vibe here is top tier and I am sure the owner will turn it into his dream in no time. The food and drinks were really good and reasonably priced so the location of the hostel was definitely not too much of a pain
The hostel owner is so lovely and I think its great to support locals and small businesses. It's also just a short walk to the beach from the hostel. The beds were comfortable and there was a light and plug socket at every bed and a good blackout curtain. Good aircon throughout the day and night. Locker and key available for every bed. WiFi is available and usable in the dorm rooms.
The guys go above and beyond for you at this lovely little homestay and the location is beautiful. Its not been open long so there are still things being built and you can see it really starting to take shape. Lovely clean bed and spacious dorm, brilliant little social area with hammocks and excellent food. Loved it here. The location is set back from the beach but there is a lit pathway down and you can still see the sea through the trees. Excellent value for money. Had a couple of great nights here, wish I could have stayed longer.
Amazing location! Right behind Nest so perfect for getting food or going to party. Air conditioned dorm with really comfortable beds. Showers/toilets a short distance from the dorm- serviceable and clean. Great host
